working process
Core working principle: The sensor detects the product passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling roller, and the label is rolled over, completing the labeling action of one label.
Operation process: Product placement ->Product conveying (automatically implemented by equipment) ->Detection and labeling (automatically implemented by equipment) ->Collection of labeled products (automatically implemented by equipment) ->Removal of products.
Labeling process analysis:
Place the product onto the conveyor mechanism;
The product is driven by the conveyor belt and automatically moves towards the labeling mechanism on the right side;

Requirements for label production
1. The interval between labels is 2-3mm;
2. The distance between the label and the edge of the base paper is 2-3mm;
3. The label backing paper is made of Grassin material, which has good toughness and prevents tearing (to avoid cutting the backing paper);
4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 200mm, arranged in a single row.
